ReMix: Tetris 'C Blachly'
Charles scores yet another upbeat techno revision, this time on a bouncy version of a tetris track . . this is not the same tetris theme as the other two ReMixes of tetris on the site, but something different - either from a different stage or a different version of the game. Blachly lays down a four on the floor drum track and some nice phat bass synth to create a short but fun butt-shakin' block-rotatin' track . . booyah.

Pretty midi-esque, but it's a venerable mix and that's just how
things were usually done back then. There is enough interpretation
present to escape the lockdowns, but it's pretty borderline.
Strange that the cymbals seemed to be pretty good quality when the
rest of the drumkit was a lot more lofi sounding.

Brain hemorrhage, I believe.

The remixer died? That sucks. There's no reason to tear his remix
to bits now... Man, I feel bad disliking the remix now. How'd he
die?

This is a very cool remix. It's too bad that the remixer has died.
Very catchy tune. I would have liked to have heard more from him.

this remix is derived from Music Type B on the GameBoy version of
Tetris.
It's actually Type A. Great mix of a great song.

 8O I actually heard this one Back in 97 when midis were
the way to go.... & it sounded better as a midi esp thru
wingroove Just hearing it again brings back some great memories
though

Just a little FYI about this particular Tetris beat...this remix is
derived from Music Type B on the GameBoy version of Tetris. I never
played the NES version so I'm assuming that the GameBoy was the
only version with associated with this particular theme.

Tetris (NES) 'C Blachly'
I love this! I love the beat and the sound to it all. It's fun to
listen to, and I demand that you like it as well. It's short, very
short, but that only means you'll have to listen to it twice in a
row.
