ID3v2 Tagging with a Mac?

Any suggestions as to the best tool to use that is easy to understand and operate for tagging my submission on a Macintosh computer running OSX?

Anyway just google "ID3 mp3 tagger Mac" or something.

Just use iTunes. It covers all the tags you'd want to alter. Just convert a song to mp3 then File>Get Info (Command+i) and change the tags.
