  1. Hello, I'm Trond and I hail from a norwegian heavy metal band. I could need some help here guys. I want to get in touch with Shaun Southern, the guy who did the music score for the first Lotus game for the Amiga. We did a re-arrangement of one of his tracks (track 3 from Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge). It's called "Ladies Of The Night" and it's a complete song featuring strong vocals and melodies. Now we need to get his permission to upload this song for youtube. Let me know if anyone know how to get in touch with Shaun. I have been searching for his contact information but I couldn't really find it anywhere. I hope someone here can help me! Cheers! /Trond
  2. It's my tribute to the eighties (metal), the Lotus trilogy and VGM in general! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8s14wS7wiSQ&list=UUu7PVS-PwwFRO5bJerqlZZA&index=1&feature=plcp

  4. Hellu guys, Some norwegian metallers (named "Tomorrow's Outlook") have just recorded a song based on "The Wall" theme from Turrican II (as a tribute to Chris Hüelsbeck). The track is entitled "Doubt" and it sounds like a cross between Manowar and Crimson Glory/Queensryche!! With pounding drums, groovy bass, heavy riffs and a strong vocal performence.. it's gonna blow your brain out! Check it out at: http://www.myspace.com/tomorrowsoutlook or PS! Tomorrow's Outlook is actually my recording project.. and I would love to get some feedback on "Doubt"..
  5. Ayh ayh Chickenwarlord Thanks, thanks. I'm new in here you know
  6. Hi to all the guys at OCRemix. I'm aeldagrim. I've always been facinated of gamemusic. Well, at least since I got my Amiga 500. Well, my favourite music genre besides gamemusic is of course heavymetal. I've always listened to metal. Hm, but let's get to the point. Me and my friend Drawn (who plays the bass in a Norwegian speed/thrash/heavy- metal band) has started a project together. He is a very talented musiccomposer, and I believe that I can write entertaining lyrics and create catchy vocallines (at least I hope so) One of our tunes is called "White Lightning". It's about my old car actually, but if you read the lyrics it could easily be about a person - someone close to you. What we need is a guitarplayer. My friend has already recorded the bass, and I'm going to record the vocals with a professional vocal- microphone. The link at the bottom of the page is just a preview of our tune, with MIDI instruments - and crappy vocals done with a very bad webcam microphone. The midi also contains a lot of errors - but like I said, this is nothing but a short preview. If anyone here think it's a good tune, and they are good at playing guitar, please respond in this thread , private message.. or contact me at MSN: aeldagrim@hotmail.com Thanks for reading! /aeldagrim link: http://aeldagrim.web.surftown.dk/tomorrows_outlook_-_white_lightning.mp3 WHITE LIGHTNING 1. So much more than any star it's hard to see you fadeaway there is no coming back but it was a one-way ride 'til my heart, my friend Bridge: I lived on the edge, I threatened the fate too many times it was close, but you kept me safe Refrain: White lightning, white lightning white lightning, white lightning..
