LindsayAnne Pepper takes us on a soaring, inspired journey to Hyrule with this symphonic arrangement of both the original Zelda as well as Ocarina of Time:

"After playing through Breath of the Wild, one aspect from the story that stuck out to me was the immense pressure put upon Princess Zelda to unlock her power. This piece is to express the burden of what she must have felt. While playing it back today, my 6-year-old daughter asked me why I made a "sad Zelda" track, so I guess she picked up on that. :)

This symphonic piece is primarily an arrangement of "Zelda's Lullaby," found in the Ocarina of Time. Her theme is presented throughout in many ways, sometimes prominently featured, other times hidden beneath the melody of the main series theme. Reflective, sweepingly romantic, delicate, and somber at times, this piece is a journey on what made Zelda's character into a legend. Enjoy!!"

Can't say it better than that, and won't try :) While incorporating & weaving the two classic themes together, there are more than two emotions channeled as the piece progresses from scene to scene; I particularly liked the transitions between warmer ensemble passages and isolated, generally more solemn solos. MindWanderer writes:

"Really nice work! Excellent orchestration and arrangement. Contains a fair amount of content that isn't directly from one of the sources, but you never lose sight of the fact that it's a Zelda remix."

Nice work on dynamics as well, breathing life into the string parts specifically. DragonAvenger adds:

"Really nice orchestration here along with a lot of small style changes to keep this interesting and unique. I was worried that the track would wear on after a while but you were able to transition between sections well without feeling lik e a medley or with any halting changes."

Definitely held my interest, and I appreciate the variety - compositional and emotional - that Ms. Pepper conveys; the near six-minute runtime is used effectively. Beautiful exploration of a character & her motivations through music!

Sweeping, powerful and epic! This was a fantastic remix and really brings a strong set of emotions to the table emotionally, and I've never even played OoT!

Wow. WOW WOW WOW. This is great, and has a lot of emotion behind it. In many sections it was very reminiscent of the "Han Solo and the Princess" (Love Theme) theme from Star Wars (Which is one of my favorite musical pieces from that series). WELL DONE!!!!
